Top Gun Sheet Music

The cult 1986 film Top Gun follows a U.S. Navy fighter pilot training at an elite combat school. The film stars Tom Cruise in the role that launched his international career.

The soundtrack is composed by Harold Faltermeyer and Giorgio Moroder. The iconic song “Take My Breath Away” performed by Berlin quickly became the film’s signature track.

More than 30 years later, Top Gun: Maverick returned with new music and references to the original soundtrack, including “Top Gun Anthem” by Harold Faltermeyer, “Great Balls of Fire” by Jerry Lee Lewis, and “Hold My Hand” by Lady Gaga.
