Sheet Music by Paul Misraki

Paul Misraki arrived in Paris in 1917. He studied music and composed a few pieces, but his career truly began in 1929 when he joined the group of a former schoolmate, Ray Ventura. Within the orchestra, he was at the same time composer, arranger, pianist and singer. The 1930s were marked by many successes such as Tout va très bien Madame la Marquise and Qu’est-ce qu’on attend pour être heureux ? After the Second World War, Paul Misraki turned to cinema and composed the score for the film And God Created Woman by Roger Vadim. He later collaborated extensively with French directors, writing film scores for Renoir, Clouzot, Pinoteau, Godard and many others. At the end of his 60-year career, Paul Misraki had composed nearly 800 works and remains a major figure of French musical heritage. Below you will find sheet music for some of his compositions.
